Brand Mapping is a brainstorming technique used to find a few meaningful words to succinctly describe a brand. This technique is best carried out with a group of wisdom partners – both internal and external to the company. Stakeholders, particularly staff, are usually very aware of what the brand does or should mean to them and intentional portrayal to the target market.
